The latter offers a varied selection of regional cuisine for external guests as well.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and advising guests
  • Receiving and handling phone calls
  • Responding to emails
  • Coordinating and managing massage appointments
  • Processing all sales transactions
  • Handling guest complaints
  • Other administrative tasks

You are the main point of contact for our guests. With your warm demeanor, you give our guests a feeling of warmth, security, and familiarity.

Requirements

  • Commercial vocational training, e.g. as a hotel specialist (m/f/d), fitness specialist (m/f/d), or a similar qualification
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in sales is an advantage
  • Proficiency in common MS Office programs
