What You'll Be Doing:
As a Claim Service Specialist, you will act as a dedicated advocate for our clients. You will engage directly with individuals who have faced recent losses, assess the damages, and meticulously review all documentation to ensure accurate and impartial records.
Claim Service Specialists conduct thorough investigations on case details, assess coverage, liability, and reserves, and provide precise reports on each settlement. They excel in negotiation – handling settlements with clients, legal representatives, and other insurance firms with professionalism. They are also responsible for maintaining well-documented files and keeping their teams informed on current claims.
New to the insurance field? With a focus on exceptional customer service and communication skills, we will provide the necessary training.
