How you contribute

  • Supervision and coordination of the team of project technicians (human) as well as subcontractors on site
  • Ensuring smooth contract fulfillment
  • Organization and execution of project meetings
  • Point of contact (human) for the customer on site
  • Monthly reporting
  • Execution of maintenance, inspection, and testing orders
  • Inspections inside and outside the building for condition monitoring and proactive action
  • Systematic troubleshooting and repair in the field of technical building equipment
