MGR Property Management is a large management company in Southern California managing HOAs, residential, and commercial properties.

Our portfolio of properties covers Southern California from Barstow to San Diego, with several office locations and the corporate office located in Ontario, CA.


Job Role & Duties:

The Property Management is responsible for the operational and financial success of their portfolio of properties.

This position will include, but is not limited to:


  • Process maintenance requests by scheduling with the tenant and coordinating the appropriate vendors or maintenance personnel to complete the required work
  • Communicate directly with maintenance, engineers, security guards, etc. to ensure their effectiveness in their daily duties for the quality and wellbeing of the properties
  • Review lease terms and negotiate on upcoming lease renewals with the tenant or agent representing the tenant
  • Report to Ownership on the status of the property regarding financials, maintenance, project status, etc.
  • Follow up with tenants on past due rent and payment plans
  • Create and follow budgets to ensure healthy financials for daily operations and reserves for longterm capital expenditures
  • Coordinate with fellow team members on daily tasks of customer service, maintenance requests, etc.
  • Other duties as required for the successful management of the portfolio

Requirements:


  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks with urgency
  • 2+ years in commercial property management

$ $29.00 per hour
