We are looking for someone in Spanaway, WA to help us with some small tasks around the house


These tasks include:

• Patching small holes in the ceiling from changing a light fixture
• Fixing an outlet and a nonfunctioning ceiling light
• Sealing two toilets with silicone or a similar material
• Changing two hinges on a cabinet door under the sink
• Assessing the condition of the blinds and potentially replacing the casing for one of them, and replacing two cords for the rest

We are looking for someone who can help with repairs and maintenance in the bathroom, kitchen, living room, and bedroom.

The tasks will involve working with blinds, sealing toilets, fixing lights, changing hinges, and patching small holes.

We are a private household and estimate that the tasks will take 2-3 hours to complete.

We are flexible with the timing and prefer to have the work done in the morning (8:00 am - 12:00 pm), midday (12:00 pm - 3:00 pm), or afternoon (3:00 pm - 6:00 pm).

Our preferred days for the work are Tuesdays and Thursdays.
