Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth operation of batch and cullet plants, as well as related peripherals and equipment
Monitor and coordinate raw material and cullet inventory and logistics
Transport cullet with conveyor vehicles
Perform cullet and raw material analysis
Identify and communicate maintenance needs for equipment or parts
Assist and participate in maintenance work within the assigned area

Qualifications:

Completed technical vocational training
Relevant work experience in a smelting plant
Independent, goal-oriented, and solution-oriented work style, high level of commitment, and good communication and teamwork skills
Proficient in common MS Office programs
Willingness to work in shifts
