System Analyst – Hybrid work schedule - 6-Month Contract Opportunity

Analyze user requirements and contribute to detailed User Requirements and Functional Specification.
Communicate with stakeholders to set expectations on solutions delivery feasibility and timeframe.
Participate in developing technical designs and specifications for systems of simple to moderate complexity.
Utilize business function knowledge to identify needs and develop value-added solutions.
Assist in identifying resources required for system implementation and development efforts.
Deliver messages and presentations confidently.
Provide counsel to business leaders on IT policies and initiatives.
Analyze user requirements and develop functional specifications for systems.
Design, develop, and execute test scripts and scenarios to ensure system compliance with specifications.
Identify opportunities to enhance system performance and functionality.
Apply IT knowledge to diagnose application and infrastructure issues.
Consult with application development staff on system design aspects and technology usage.
Recommend existing solutions to client needs based on IT knowledge.
Act as a liaison between business/function and vendors for alignment and updates.
Ensure vendors meet project timelines and cost estimates.
Monitor vendor activities to ensure contract compliance.
Ensure system design compliance with regulatory and technology standards.
Integrate risk management procedures into processes and systems.
Leverage risk management standards for processes, projects, and systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or systems analysis.
Ability to lead project development and implementation.
Strong problem-solving skills and written/oral communication.
Experience with test case writing and execution.
Moderate knowledge of regulatory requirements, computer validation, and programming environments.
