Technical Purchaser I&C (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
As a technical purchaser I&C (m/f/d), you will be responsible for procuring mechanical and I&C components and systems.


This includes:

  • Creating supplier inquiries and systematically evaluating offers in close cooperation with the technical department or project management
  • Corresponding with suppliers regarding offers and clarifying any questions
  • Creating cost estimates
  • Preparing for contract negotiations
  • Conducting contract negotiations and finalizing contracts
  • Conducting supplier sourcing/developing the trade management process
  • Contributing to the further optimization of the procurement process

Your Profile

  • A completed Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field
  • Relevant professional experience in power plant technology, as well as knowledge of project management
  • Experience working with national/international suppliers
  • Teamwork skills and negotiation skills
  • SAP R3, especially MM modules
  • Confident demeanor in discussions, negotiations, and presentations
