What you will do:

Hardware Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals.
Installation and Upgrades: Install, configure, and upgrade hardware components, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance checks to prevent hardware failures and extend equipment lifespan.
Repair and Replacement: Repair or replace damaged components, such as motherboards, RAM, hard drives, and power supplies.
Interact with Clients: Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of technical issues and solutions.
Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot complex problems and share knowledge

You will Bring these Qualifications
Technical Support Experience: 1-3 Years (preferred)

Bachelor's degree: (preferred)
Experience working with HP Devices: (preferred)
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Understanding of computer systems and networks
Knowledge of security and data privacy principles
