Your tasks:

Together with your colleagues, you will handle the payroll for our employees. This task rotates monthly within the team. We always work in a 4eye principle and support each other.
You maintain personnel master data in our SAP system, such as changes in working hours. You will receive the information for this from our HR business partners.
Is there a legal change? You coordinate the adjustment and work together with the SAP team to ensure a correct and meaningful representation in the system.
You work closely with our external service provider to manage and carry out payroll for a small group of (inter)national colleagues.
Are you up for the challenge of understanding the processes of our many companies? We will help you get to know them.

Your profile:

You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position and are curious about something "new". We know that payroll runs a little differently everywhere and there are "special cases", but we are happy to teach you.
To quickly understand our processes, a commercial education or a business degree with a focus on taxes and finance is an advantage.
You have already worked with SAP and are familiar with this tool. SAP forms the basis of our work and is an essential tool for us in our daily work.
