Associate Sales Support (m/f/d) 1. FC Union Berlin


Job Description:


  • Responsible for VIP ticketing (booking of season and single game tickets in ticketing system)
  • Creation of all salesrelated reports and maintenance of inventory overview
  • Accompaniment of Bundesliga match days and competent contact person for customers
  • Responsibility for all hospitalityrelated topics surrounding match days (e.g. seating, creation and maintenance of table plans, admission and complaint management)
  • Support in planning and implementing all sponsor events outside of match days
  • Management of own customer base

Requirements:


  • Professional experience in sports or media industry
  • High affinity for working with databases and excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Confident in communicating with customers via phone, digital platforms, and inperson
  • Passion for sports, high level of commitment, and quick comprehension and implementation skills
  • Serviceoriented, reliable, and strong analytical skills
