Your Responsibilities:


  • Processing of incoming invoices
  • Processing of travel expense/credit card statements
  • Maintenance and administration of master data
  • Asset accounting
  • Handling of payment transactions
  • Clarification of open items, accounts payable and receivable (including intercompany accounts)
  • Preparation of internal reports
  • Support in timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to German GAAP (individual/group financial statements)
  • Support in digitalization and process optimization

Your Profile:


  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification and have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting, ideally in accounts payable
  • Indepth knowledge of German GAAP and tax law (VAT Act) as well as group accounting is desirable
  • Discretion in handling confidential data is a given for you
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking with a quick grasp
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • You have a careful and independent way of working
  • Sense of responsibility and assertiveness
  • You have a confident and friendly demeanor
  • Strong team player
