- Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities, collaborating with parents, therapists, and fellow educators.
- Customize teaching materials and methodologies to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
- Deliver direct instruction across core academic subjects, life skills, and social-emotional development tailored to each student's specific needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to design and implement strategies promoting inclusion and differentiation within the general education curriculum.
- Compensation: $35-45/hr (specific details to be discussed during interviews)
- Hold a valid state certification in Special Education (MA).
- Possess a Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Special Education.
