Job Description

In times of rapid technological progress and fundamental changes in job profiles, the goal of the HR digitalization program is to utilize the potential of new technologies to support the company in HR tasks and organizational development.
  • During your internship, you will work on various international projects as part of the HR digitalization program at Bosch and have the opportunity to build or expand your knowledge in tools such as Confluence, Jira, and various cloud solutions.
  • You will be responsible for designing the web presence (intranet) and further developing documentation and information platforms.
  • In an international team, you will independently take on tasks in different project phases and support us in operational and administrative tasks, where you can contribute your knowledge and ideas.
  • In addition, you will actively participate in the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of workshops and presentations as part of the HR digitalization program.
  • Last but not least, you will conduct market and competition analyses and support in identifying market trends.
