CACI is seeking a highly motivated project business associate / coordinator to join our Team in Arlington, VA.


About the Role:


The Project business associate will support a federal customer to perform mission critical functions within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.


  • Responsibilities include assisting a fastmoving team with every aspect of a project including testing, analysis, coordination, administrative and writing.
  • This role also plays an important function in supporting analysis, testing, administrative function and research.
  • Participate in daily scrums and collaborative design/brainstorm sessions
  • Conduct research and SPIKEs for project related issues
  • Assist with meeting notes and action items
  • Track and coordinate action items
  • Assist with MSFT helpdesk coordination and action items
  • Track helpdesk tickets and proactively chase down critical team needs such as equipment conversions, access permissions, 45day use lists
  • Assist with testing, including regression, happy path and validating UAT scripts
  • Coordinating production UAT and scheduling/running UAT support channels
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating team and user calendars
  • Assist Functional Lead and Snr. BA by participating in requirement gathering meetings and helping complete low to medium critical issues
  • Assist Tech Writer with creating documentation, maintenance, structure
  • Assist project manager with coordinating team meetings, tracking project schedules
  • Assist with tracking and delivery of weekly/monthly deliverables and milestones like reporting, CCB, CRs, documentation, etc
  • Communicating with clients to provide updates on project milestones and deliverables.
  • Assist Scrum Master with ceremonies, tracking retrospectives, creating action items, following up on activities
  • Eventually, a shared resource across PMO umbrella

Required Qualifications:


  • BA/BS and minimum 3 years of related work experience with supporting analysis, testing, administrative function and research.
  • Ability to work independently on a complex task with little direction, supervision, and management oversight.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain a DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD).

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Relevant DHSfocused experience.
  • Familiar with Project Management best practices.
