- BS Degree in Engineering with automotive industry experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, statistical software (MiniTab), and knowledge of PPAP.
- Experience in engineering studies, machine/equipment/tooling design, process/assembly development.
- Ability to conduct database design and development, equipment acquisition, and plant layout planning.
- Must be adept at working collaboratively with Quality, Production, Maintenance departments.
- Hands-on experience with maintenance personnel and millwrights.
- Proficiency in CAD is considered an advantage.
- Strong background in tooling and automotive maintenance.
- Analyze data using statistical process control techniques to make fact-based recommendations.
- Apply technical skills to practical applications within the manufacturing environment.
- Work closely with various teams to improve manufacturing methods and reduce costs through hands-on engagement.
- Participate in tooling refits and on-the-floor process improvements.
- ITAR work regulations compliance required.
