WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Create and maintain multiple provider/ancillary schedule templates.
Respond to clinic template change requests.
Perform quality assurance check on provider/ancillary schedule templates to identify template, scheduling and or capacity issues, recommending potential resolutions.
Monitor utilization and demand metrics, making recommendations for patient capacity needs.
Enforce access standards, policies, and procedures.
Support revenue cycle by successfully monitoring capacity supply and demand for department and physician templates
Provide oncall and afterhours support.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required High School Diploma/GED
Preferred Bachelor's Degree
5 years Healthcare contact center, physician office, patient access Required
