To expand our team at our location in Columbus, IN, we are currently seeking a teacher (m/f/d) on a freelance basis.
Heimerer Schools include nearly 40 vocational schools and technical schools. Education has been our focus for 40 years.The main areas of focus are training, retraining, and further education in the fields of therapy, nursing, pedagogy, and business.
Your tasks:
- Planning, preparation, and implementation of practical and theoretical lessons
- Grading and documentation of grades
- Supporting and assisting trainees in their learning processes and within the school community
Qualifications/skills:
- Required: Professional qualification as a staterecognized occupational therapist
- Desired: Master's or diploma degree (e.g. in occupational therapy, nursing education, health and nursing management, public health, medical education)
- Enjoyment of working with young adults
- Motivational and persuasive skills
- Moderation and presentation skills
- High social competence and ability to work in a team
- Creativity and willingness to innovate in shaping the education for the future
