For the largest branch in Monheim am Rhein, we are looking for an experienced, dedicated leader as Head of Project Development NRW as soon as possible.

With a direct reporting line to the management, you and your team of around 25 people actively shape the strategic direction and growth of the company, also beyond the Monheim location.

Your focus is on further developing market and future-proof products, as well as creating sustainable, smart neighborhoods. You are primarily responsible for systematic market analysis, as well as demand and usage-oriented acquisition and conception of projects. In doing so, you maintain a strong network in the industry and work constructively with all partners. Qualifications.

Based on a successful degree or comparable qualification, you bring extensive expertise and leadership experience in project development, ideally with a real estate developer.
