    Description
    From different locations such as Yankton, Irene, Wakonda, Beresford, Marion, Sioux Falls, Brandon, to Brookings, we are Interim Healthcare.
    Job Responsibilities Could Include:
    • PRN, Self-Scheduling and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and/or Assisted Living Environments
    • Nursing support for older adults and individuals with illnesses, injuries, or chronic conditions
    • Assisting with daily tasks like bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating, and nutrition
    • Helping with walking, transfers, and range of motion exercises
    • Recording vital signs, tracking fluid intake/output, monitoring blood sugar levels, and documenting any changes as required
    • Collaborating with a team of nurse aides and/or medication aides to ensure adherence to a patient's care plan
    • Observing patients and informing the facility supervisor of any issues that necessitate adjustments in care, medication, or medical devices
    • Other nursing duties as necessary

    Requirements:
    • Active RN License in South Dakota, or eligibility for reciprocity/multi-state practice
    • Maintenance of necessary certification(s)
    • Prior experience preferred but not mandatory
    • Minimum age requirement: 18 years or above
