Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Bilingual Spanish preferred


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
  • Assist with patient checkins and checkouts
  • Collect and process payments from patients
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update information as necessary
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events as required
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, etc.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed

Skills:


  • Previous experience working in a medical or dental office is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Proactive problemsolving skills to handle unexpected situations calmly

$ $16.00 per hour
