Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers.

As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in their homes, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort.

Duties:

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Administer medication reminders
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities
• Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain client confidentiality

Skills:

• Experience in home care or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR
• Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities or seniors requiring specialized care
• Familiarity with hospice care principles is a plus
• Understanding of nursing home systems and protocols
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Compassionate and patient demeanor

$200.00 per day
