Summary About the Position:

Responsibilities Serve as the Instrumentation Integration Analyst for the Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Capability (JPMRC) Instrumentation System (IS). Responsible for the operation of the Instrumentation System and its support of an exercise rotation. Perform duties pertaining to the coordination of all aspects of instrumentation and communications. Prepare and briefs the JPMRC command and other leaders on the JPMRC Instrumentation System and ongoing integration efforts.
Provide guidance and assistance with respect to IS operations as necessary for the Instrumentation Training Analysis Computer Simulations and Support (ITACSS) organization.

One year of specialized experience which includes reading and translating technical drawings; preparing reports and briefings with engineering terms embedded using MS Office; communicating technical information to illustrate advantages or disadvantages of a particular course of action; and experience with Combat Training Center Methodologies including Instrumentation Data Collection Networks.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This is a(n) Analysis, Modeling, and Simulation (M&S) Career Field position. Multiple positions may be filled from this announcement. Salary includes applicable locality pay or Local Market Supplement.When you perform a Civilian Permanent Change of Station (PCS) with the government, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) considers the majority of your entitlements to be taxable.
