    By effectively collaborating on the operations team within the 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) environment, the Technical Operations Specialist will provide monitoring of Enhanced Mobile Satellite Services (EMSS) operations.

    This includes physical security systems, building management/monitoring systems, telephone switching equipment, radio equipment, satellites, and data communications equipment.

    Your responsibilities while working with your shift teammates will entail responding to alarms, testing services, building customer and system trouble-tickets, and providing situation awareness to subject matter experts and customers.

    You will be supporting the EMSS program, part of the United States Space Force.
