Qualifications:

  • You have completed training in the hotel industry or are a motivated career changer
  • You thrive in independent work, have a high level of service readiness, and enjoy working in a team
  • Communicating with guests and using your sales skills daily comes naturally to you
  • You have a secure command of German and English, both spoken and written
  • Knowledge of the booking system Protel would be ideal
  • You are highly flexible and can handle stressful situations with ease
  • You have a high level of reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
