    Description

    JDP is seeking a Third Shift Production Supervisor in Sioux City area The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day supervision of an assigned team of employees to perform tasks in a food manufacturing environment.

    FULL RELOCATION PACKAGE-INCLUDING TEMP HOUSING

    Shift is 5/7p to 3/5am Sunday to Thursday with a 8.5% Shift differential

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborative Excellence: Forge strong partnerships within departmental lines, working together to achieve collective team objectives.

    • Accountability Champion: Drive a sense of individual accountability and ownership, encouraging our team members to deliver outstanding results.
    • Performance Oversight: Foster accountability among direct reports, covering crucial aspects such as safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
    • Policy and Procedure Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to our company's policies and procedures, promoting a culture of compliance.

    Requirements:

    • MUST be open to shift
    • Prior experience in food manufacturing is essential, showcasing your industry knowledge and adaptability.
    • Strong leadership experience is highly preferred, reflecting your ability to inspire and lead a team effectively.
    • Past involvement in labor planning and scheduling is a valuable asset, highlighting your organizational and planning skills.
