Senior Engineering Manager - FinTech

I am currently working with one of Europe's leading FinTech companies to fill multiple Engineering Manager positions in Berlin. With over $450 million in funding, they are seeking experienced managers with a background in JVM to help expand their growing company.

A glimpse into your daily responsibilities:

Nurturing an Agile development environment and ensuring that best practices are followed by the engineering department.
Overseeing architectural decision-making and leading a team of Engineering Managers across the company.
Mentoring and coaching Engineering Managers to help them reach their full potential while maintaining a culture of excellence and innovation.

Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience in a leadership role.
Preferably from a JVM background, with knowledge of Kotlin and Spring.
Excellent communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional engineering teams.
Prior experience in the FinTech industry is a must.
