  • Are responsible for planning and implementing configuration management within the project landscape throughout the entire product lifecycle
  • Identify configuration items and ensure configuration control
  • Are responsible for identifying requirements as well as functional and physical properties of configuration items
  • Create configuration baselines
  • Are responsible for managing document change management
  • Organize, prepare, conduct, and follow up on Configuration Control Boards (CCBs)
  • Define and maintain product trees, including the configuration item list, assembly tree, and as-built list
  • Monitor and control configuration management of internal and external suppliers
  • Act as the central point of contact for the customer regarding all configuration management issues and support project reviews in all project phases
  • Provide regular reporting on the status of configuration management (product tree, assembly tree, CIDL, ABCL, change status, RFD/RFWs...) to the project and customer
  • Prepare and deliver data packages for project milestones to the customer
  • Support transnational initiatives to improve processes, methods, and tools related to configuration, document, and data management
  • Contribute to the digital transformation to achieve the vision of a fully end-to-end data flow
