- Accompany the Broker on the initial prospect visit to learn about the culture of the group company and establish a working relationship.
- Conduct sales support, discovery analysis, and demographic reporting
- Perform contribution strategy analysis and integration mapping
- Work with internal teams to review benefit guides
- Formulate go-to-market strategy with clients and communicate details to the marketing team
- Provide due diligence data requests, reviews, and executive summary. Present to the diligence team your findings and the executive summary
- Review the data list and upload it into the database
- Pull data and create reporting and presentations
- Bachelors Degree, preferably in Actuarial Science or Finance
- 2+ years in a similar role
- 2-15 Life and Health license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
