Are you looking to actively shape the operational work of your company right from the start of your career? In your role as a Trainee in the field of Organizational Development and Operations (f/m/d) in Northampton, PA, you can expect exciting and varied tasks in project management and organizational development, often in direct collaboration with our C-level executives As part of the Chief of Staff team, you will contribute to the continuous development of processes, practices, and control options at Data4Life.


Your future role:

  • You will start your 18month trainee program with the possibility of being hired by our team.
  • You will work independently and solutionoriented on subprojects and gradually take on your own topics that you will fully manage.
  • You will help shape the strategy model of our organizational development and get to know different departments while supporting them in their transformation projects.
  • You will play a significant role in planning and conducting internal and external workshops.
  • During your time as a trainee, you will have the opportunity to rotate to two other departments and receive support from experienced colleagues in your professional and personal development.

What you need for your success:

  • You have successfully completed your studies or are close to graduation and can actively contribute at least 30 hours per week.
  • You enjoy working independently, have a confident demeanor, and have high quality standards for your own work.
  • You have an affinity for combining technological and organizational aspects and can quickly grasp unfamiliar situations.
