Description
Your job in the fernao sphere:
- Your main focus is user support and consulting for MS SharePoint
- You continuously develop methods and procedures for user support
- You assist with problems that cannot be immediately solved and help develop creative workarounds
- You conduct complex analyses to trace and resolve errors
- You create specific solutions using workflows and/or available tools, considering automation and efficiency improvement
- You contribute to the implementation of IT projects
- You provide initial training and conduct user workshops
What you bring to the fernao sphere:
- Completed education in the IT field, for example as an IT specialist or transition into IT with relevant practical experience, ideally with MS SharePoint
- An MSCE or MCITP certification is advantageous. We will support you in obtaining certification if needed
- You have a high level of commitment and customer orientation
- You enjoy supporting and consulting users, have excellent communication skills, and can explain complex issues in a user-friendly manner
- Fluent German skills for effective communication
