How you'll have an impact at La Marzocco:

The Consumer Parts and Accessories Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the Consumer Experience for Home Parts and Accessories at La Marzocco USA's distribution center in Fort Wayne, IN.

A member of the Fort Wayne Distribution team, the Parts and Accessories Coordinator works cross-departmentally to support the La Marzocco Home and Logistics Teams by ensuring Home Parts and Accessories stock in Fort Wayne is adequate and accurate, shipping and inventory systems are current, and orders are fulfilled timely and exemplify the La Marzocco Customer Experience.

As the Consumer Parts & Accessories Coordinator, a typical day might include a mix of the following:

  • Pull, pack and ship daily Consumer Parts orders; assemble Parts Kits and match parts orders to machines to ship together. Ensure custom machines and accessories are correct to customer specifications.
  • Maintain costeffective and efficient shipping practices to streamline cost and maintain bestinclass packaging and experience for the end customer.
  • Track and invoice orders in SAP and other necessary software for Parts and Accessories. Maintain thorough understanding of LM USA Inventory system.
  • Perform physical inventory counts, RMAs, and update inventory management system. Maintain wellorganized parts and accessories stock area.
  • Ensure good line of communication with other LM USA departments and staff on the status of their customers' orders and special needs. Assist willcall customers with order pickups and excellent inperson customer service.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • At least 2 years' experience in warehouse, inventory management, distribution or facilities operations with clear and proven understanding of Warehouse Management Systems and inventory counts and cycles.
  • Organized, driven, and selfmotivated with sound judgment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and handle frequent interruptions and shifting priorities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs Word, Excel, Outlook; SAP or other inventory management software; consumer shipping and ordering systems.
  • Strong customer service aptitude and understanding of customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Flexible, collaborative personality with a strong emphasis on crossfunctional communication and responsiveness.
  • Experience in specialty coffee a plus

The details:

  • Location: Fort Wayne, IN
  • Compensation Range: $ $24.00/hour depending on experience, with 5% bonus opportunity
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am5pm. Occasionally, there will be a need for additional hours based upon increased workload demands.
  • Reports to: Operations Manager
  • Physical requirements: Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time, walking at a quick pace, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, lifting and moving up to 80 pounds.
  • Travel: This position requires less than 5% travel.
