Qualifications
- Sales Experience (i.e., Retail Sales, Insurance, Call Center)
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
- Demonstrates persuasiveness and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in developing a strong product knowledge as well as customer knowledge
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Data entry skills are essential with the ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute with a 95% accuracy rate
Preferred experience
- 12 years previous experience in insurance, sales or as a Customer Service Representative in a Call Center
- CRM Applications Experience (Preferred, i.e salesforce)
- Strong background in callcenter environment (preferred)
- Property and Casualty license
- Life and Health license
- Bilingual (Spanish)

Physical Requirements
- Performing the duties of this job regularly involves extended periods of sitting

Compensation:
First year agents are expected to make $67, with commissions and overtime included.
Salary:
$47, $72,712.00 per year
