Description

Retail position available at our farmer's market in Wayne, PA. Tuesdays through Saturdays only. Employees receive free lunches, employee discounts, and the opportunity to work alongside some really awesome people.

Responsibilities:

Cleaning and sanitizing market cases
Stocking/building case displays
Product preparation
Help with market stand set up and tear down
Greet and assist customers in an engaging and professional manner
Maintain current and thorough knowledge of all available products
Differentiate between products, helping customers compare and contrast flavors, textures, parings, etc.
Answer all customer questions and address concerns
Make helpful suggestions that will be useful to the customer
Handle all transactions with accuracy
Make every effort to ensure the customer has an excellent shopping experience
Train/operate food service equipment (slicer, chipper, etc.)
Additional sanitation and market support as needed
