Assistant to the Nursing Management (m/f/d)
The Nursing Management is responsible for the entire nursing area. We are looking for you to strengthen our secretariat as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

  • Support of the Nursing Management in all organizational and communicative tasks
  • Taking over telephone communication and general written communication in the secretariat of the Nursing Management
  • First point of contact for all employees in the nursing area for administrative questions and needs in personnel management
  • Procurement and preparation of information bases
  • Communication and coordination with internal interfaces
  • Coordination, preparation, compilation and filing of documents and information
  • General office organization.

Your profile:

  • Education in the healthcare sector, preferably nursing training
  • Several years of professional experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in a managerial position
  • Studies with a focus on management (e.g. nursing management), an equivalent qualifying further education or interest in personal and professional development
  • We are also happy to support a parttime study program
