- Create, release, and maintain production line User Interface (UI) documentation.
- Implement latest Global Standard Operating Procedures (GSOP) within Samsung Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) System.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive production process flow documentation.
- Create and update work instructions (WI) and training documentation.
- Provide work instruction training support to production training team and production personnel.
- Analyze first-time yield (FTY) related issues for assigned programs and develop improvement plans.
- Develop and coordinate engineering change requests (ECR) for production process/equipment updates within PLM system, leading the ECR process to completion/implementation (MCO) phase.
- Participate in Change Review Board (CRB) meetings for ECR approval.
- Update PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis) documentation based on process updates and assist in control plan (CP) updates with the Quality team.
- Develop, review, and implement quality containment actions as required.
- Participate in production quality audits and lead corrective action closure for any non-conformance.
- Data Analysis and Improvement:
- Conduct cycle time analysis to identify production line bottlenecks.
- Review process data trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Support estimation of scope of work, duration of tasks, and determination of design requirements.
- Support tool evaluations and choices as part of the team.
- Manage individual project schedules, staying abreast of issues which may affect delivery timetables.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts by researching, recommending, and implementing new and/or existing products, processes, materials, and equipment.
- Associates Degree in Engineering Technology field or relative work experience
- Proficient computer skills with basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Able to manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with production systems, tools, and process documentation.
