    Exciting Opportunity for an Engineering Sourcing Specialist (Hybrid)
    • Contract Duration: 12+ months
    Job Overview:
    • We are currently seeking a highly skilled Engineering Sourcing Specialist to collaborate with our Talent Acquisition team and comprehend the recruitment requirements of our esteemed company.
    • You will play a crucial role in collaboration with a Senior Recruiter, focusing on sourcing for various positions.
    • As an integral part of our team, your main responsibility will involve devising a robust sourcing strategy to attract top-tier talents essential for the company's expansion.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Formulate and implement an effective sourcing approach
    • Create and update job specifications and descriptions
    • Organize sourcing materials efficiently
    • Advertise job openings on the company's website and relevant platforms
    • Assess resumes, cover letters, and job applications thoroughly
    • Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' competencies, knowledge, and background
    • Provide follow-up communication to successful candidates and update internal records accordingly
    • Act as a primary point of contact between candidates and the company throughout the selection process
    Key Requirements:
    • Able to manage a load of 15-25 job openings effectively
    • Previous experience in the automotive industry is highly advantageous
    • Demonstrated experience in Sourcing for Engineering roles
    • Minimum of 4 years of prior sourcing experience in recruitment (blend of agency and in-house experience is preferred)
    • Outstanding interpersonal, decision-making, and communication abilities
    • Prior exposure to conducting various interview formats
    • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
    • Proven track record of enhancing processes and delivering exceptional service to candidates, hiring teams, and recruiting partners
    • Solution-driven, results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable
    • Exhibits a strong work ethic, self-motivation, resourcefulness, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
    • Demonstrates personal responsibility and integrity

    • Acoustics Systems Engineer
    • DSP Engineer
    • Senior Electrical Engineer
    • Research Engineer
    • System Design Engineer
    • Program Development Manager
    • Senior/Staff level Architects
    • Software Engineers
    • Technical Product Managers
    Additional Notes:
    • Proficiency in the split desk model with an emphasis on sourcing and collaboration with Senior Recruiters on roles
    • Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship both presently and in the future is mandatory
    • Hybrid position with 3 days on-site
    • Role Focus: Corporate Sourcing for Full-Time Equivalent roles with a specialization in Engineering within the Automotive Industry.
    • Job Type: Contract leading to permanent employment
    • Worksite: On-site presence required for 3 days/week in Bloomfield Hills, MI (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
    • Position Type: Full-time hours
