    In this role as the Monitoring Tools Engineer, you will be responsible for the overall monitoring and availability of critical applications for ***.


    Skills and requirements:

    • Be part of the team that is responsible for the design, support, and maintenance of the enterprise monitoring solution.
    • Identify and create methods for solving complex monitoring solutions to drive availability of critical applications.
    • You are expected to provide monitoring, alerting, and reporting capabilities to the operation center and ensure your physical and virtual server-based application achieve peak performance.
    • You will provide continuous suggestions for improved alert configurations and operational processes in relation to monitoring.
    • Your solutions need to help develop strategy to Client the enterprise applications that reside in the data center and deliver the visibility you need into application performance and the underlying operating systems and servers they run on.
    • Lead AIOPs journey and provide industry subject matter expertise The ideal candidate will have experience and qualifications for planning and managing operations infrastructure, including:
    • Aptitude for analyzing and troubleshooting operating system, networking, configuration, and performance problems.
    • Basic understanding of Monitoring Engineering best practices.
    • Experience with monitoring and automation tools such as Ansible, Splunk, App-D, Zabbix, LogicMonitor, Moogsoft, etc.
    • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical staff.
    • Ability to create meaningful metrics and alerting for service health monitoring
    • Proficiency driving Root Cause Analyses to meaningful improvements
    • Leading troubleshooting efforts with production/non-production systems.
    • Experience working in a high-growth environment

    Additional Locations:

    USA - AZ - Tempe - Hayden Ferry USA - NC - Raleigh Remote role, but prefers to be close to one of the above locations to go into office if needed .

    6 month assignment with possibility of extension
