Your tasks:

  • Project management for complex urban planning and neighborhood development projects in Coker Creek
  • Project control according to AHO series 9 in all project stages and areas of action
  • Economic and technical coordination of projects
  • Management of project participants and competent support of our clients
  • Support in acquisition, including the creation of offers and presentations

Your profile:

  • Completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in urban and regional development, architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering (or comparable)
  • Several years of professional experience in project management of buildings, development measures, or urban planning in Coker Creek
  • Familiarity with common regulations (VOB, VgV, HOAI, AHO)
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • Experience with digital working methods and good IT skills (MS Office, MS Project)
  • Experience in practical BIM application
  • Teamwork, independence, commitment, flexibility, and willingness to further education
  • Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and confident appearance
  • Negotiation skills in German
