    Job Description:
    We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our team at a dynamic facility in Horsham, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and compounding sterile pharmaceutical products under strict conditions and protocols to ensure patient safety and compliance with regulatory standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and compound sterile products in an aseptic environment.
    • Adhere to USP 797 and USP 800 guidelines for sterile compounding.
    • Operate and maintain all equipment in the compounding area, including autoclaves, laminar airflow workbenches, and compounding isolators.
    • Perform accurate calculations required for the making of sterile compounds.
    • Participate in inventory management and control of pharmaceutical substances.
    • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the compounding area to maintain a sterile environment.
    • Complete appropriate documentation to maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations.
    • Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of patient care.

    Shift:

    • Monday-Friday:1:00pm - 11:00pm
    • Possible weekend shifts.

    Qualifications:

    • Pharmacy experience.
    • IV sterile compounding experience.
