About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Clerk Assistant in New York City.

As a Clerk Assistant, you will provide essential support to our clerical and administrative functions, contributing to the smooth operation of our office.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and route calls to the appropriate individuals.
  • Greet visitors and provide them with information or direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Perform general office duties such as sorting mail, ordering supplies, and maintaining office equipment.

Requirements:


  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred but not required.

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
