    Join Our Team

    The Program Director oversees daily operations from an administrative perspective, managing program operation, development, and client activities. Responsibilities include service delivery, maintaining program integrity, and a strategic mindset for interaction with management, clients, and staff. A broad knowledge of program management principles is essential for success.

    The aim is to ensure the delivery of services adds maximum value to the organization.

    Program Director Requirements

    - Minimum of 4 years' experience in treatment or related human services field
    - Minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience
    - Experience in mental health and substance abuse
    - Bachelor's degree and/or relevant certifications preferred
    - Experience working with Veterans preferred

    Program Director Responsibilities

    - Oversee program scheduling to ensure relevance to client needs, manageability, progression, and adaptability
    - Lead recruitment and hiring of direct care staff
    - Provide supervision to direct care staff (Training, Scheduling, Reviews, Disciplinary Action, etc)
    - Manage training and development of direct care staff
    - Ensure staffing needs are met within budget
    - Maintain service integrity through policies and procedures
    - Manage client census and work with the treatment team to provide high-standard programming
    - Perform other operational duties as required


    Pay:
    $95,000 - $125,000
