For our client in
Hamburg, we are currently seeking a
Nursing Director (m/f/d) as part of direct recruitment (NO TEMP WORK) who enjoys and takes pride in their profession.

Your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring high quality nursing care and optimizing the nursing and care process
Managing and supervising staff, as well as collaborating closely with doctors and authorities
Integrating current nursing and scientific knowledge into the nursing field and adhering to budget plans
Taking responsibility for implementing and maintaining quality management standards, as well as contributing to their further development

Your qualifications:

Completed training as a geriatric nurse (m/f/d), health and nursing care nurse (m/f/d), or nursing specialist (m/f/d)
Additional training as a nursing director
Team player with a positive attitude towards work
Proficiency in using computers and openness to learning new skills
