Your responsibilities:

  • Prioritizing and resolving incoming IT issues and requests through the ticket system and phone.
  • Providing top-notch support for our products, Windows clients, Apple iOS, and networks.
  • Creating user stories based on customer needs for the development process.
  • Ensuring the quality of new versions through testing and quality control.
  • Assisting in coordinating new versions.

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training in the IT field or relevant work experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows clients, MS Office/O365, and ITIL.
  • Proficient in remote support tools and IT ticket systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Service-oriented with a proactive and friendly attitude.
