Your responsibilities:
- Prioritizing and resolving incoming IT issues and requests through the ticket system and phone.
- Providing top-notch support for our products, Windows clients, Apple iOS, and networks.
- Creating user stories based on customer needs for the development process.
- Ensuring the quality of new versions through testing and quality control.
- Assisting in coordinating new versions.
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in the IT field or relevant work experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows clients, MS Office/O365, and ITIL.
- Proficient in remote support tools and IT ticket systems.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Service-oriented with a proactive and friendly attitude.
