We are looking for a Bankruptcy Specialist/Processorresponsible for specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

Exercise independent judgment and decision making while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and upholding ethical standards
Be a self-motivated professional capable of prioritizing multiple tasks under tight deadlines when necessary
Ability to manage and meet court and client deadlines
Assist with the drafting, processing, filing and service of bankruptcy documents for multiple attorneys in different states
Communicate with clients
Provide every client with respect and excellent service

Specific qualifications for the position include :

Bachelor's Degree
At least one year of bankruptcy experience in a legal assistant, paralegal, or similar role
Sound working knowledge of the federal court system, including the CM/ECF filing system
Experience with mortgage servicer platforms
Exceptional computer processing skills, including high-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
Bilingual (Spanish language) preferred, but not required

Pay Rate Range: $22.00-$40.00 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
