We are looking for a Bankruptcy Specialist/Processor responsible for specific duties listed below .

Your specific duties will include:

Exercise independent judgment and decision making while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and upholding ethical standardsBe a self-motivated professional capable of prioritizing multiple tasks under tight deadlines when necessaryAbility to manage and meet court and client deadlinesAssist with the drafting, processing, filing and service of bankruptcy documents for multiple attorneys in different statesCommunicate with clientsProvide every client with respect and excellent serviceSpecific qualifications for the position include :Bachelor's DegreeAt least one year of bankruptcy experience in a legal assistant, paralegal, or similar roleSound working knowledge of the federal court system, including the CM/ECF filing systemExperience with mortgage servicer platformsExceptional computer processing skills, including high-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe AcrobatBilingual (Spanish language) preferred, but not requiredPay Rate Range : $22.00-$40.00 per hourCompensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
