What to expect


As part of the central purchasing team at Albion, you will be responsible for handling commercial and administrative processes and act as a competent point of contact for employees, suppliers, and service providers.


Your responsibilities will include obtaining and processing offers, negotiating and calculating costs, ensuring flawless ordering processes and delivery date controls, maintaining master data, conducting invoice checks and handling complaints, and continuously monitoring existing contracts.


You will also be responsible for processing project-specific purchase proposals, creating and interpreting purchasing-related statistics, and representing the company in the area of corporate insurance.

What you bring

You have completed a commercial education and have several years of experience in the field of purchasing.

Ideally, you also have experience in sustainable procurement or a strong interest in sustainability topics.

You have strong communication skills, as well as a high level of assertiveness and determination.

Your work style is analytical and conscientious, and you enjoy working with people.

You are proficient in using the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.).

You have excellent written and spoken German skills and good English skills.
