Your tasks:
In your role, you will be the key to successfully coordinating and optimizing our sales processes on an international level.
- You will be responsible for defining, implementing, and optimizing standardized sales processes in the Cutting Tools business unit.
- You will be the first point of contact for support questions from decentralized process owners, managers, and key users regarding sales processes, methods, and software, and work closely with IT.
- Building, conducting, and further developing training measures for our international Customer Service Centers.
- You will provide technical leadership to decentralized key users, train local employees in collaboration with local key users, and monitor the global roll-out status based on standardized metrics.
- Planning and conducting regular international meetings with the heads of all Customer Service Centers to introduce new SAP processes and ongoing projects.
Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies in business administration or a comparable commercial apprenticeship with further training as a specialist or business economist.
- Several years of professional experience in customer service, process
