CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Utilizes AutoCAD and Revit for assisting and designing constructiontype documentation
Responsible for creating and producing CAD and Revit drawings
Work with MS Word + Excel to construct schedules, spreadsheets, and reports
Work accurately from markups of design drawings, and tables, and to produces construction documents
Applies CAD, Revit, Engineering standard practices and techniques
Performs field surveys with team members
Work with the engineering design team to produce the company's deliverables
Work on projects that protect and enhance lives.

QUALIFICATIONS

_Graduated with a 4-year degree in electrical or mechanical engineering

_Prior experience in engineering, design, and construction a plus

_Fluent in AutoCAD and can become knowledgeable in Revit

_Ability to communicate verbally and in written form

_ Uses various platforms, Slack, Zoom, Bluebeam, Meetings, etc
