Your tasks

  • As a civil engineer, architect or state-certified technician (m/f/d), you will work on construction projects in Northern Germany, depending on your personal experience and project size, with individual or general planning services for new construction projects as well as modernization and renovation measures in the residential, education, office/commercial or industrial construction sectors.
  • Your main focus will be on the economic and technical tasks of tendering, awarding contracts and on-site construction supervision. Your top project goal is to ensure compliance with costs, quality and deadlines. Good German language skills in spoken and written form are required for this role.

Your background

  • Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture or state-certified technician (m/f/d)
  • Ideally, at least 5 years of professional experience in tendering, awarding contracts and on-site object supervision in building construction for a planning or construction company
